Happy Halloween to everyone! My handsome Son just celebrated his Birthday! A tree fell on our house and I'll have pictures soon! Ready for the Trick or Treaters! Bought candy, but it looks like a construction site outside! November is nearly here...I can feel it's chilly approach. Something wonderful is about to happen!

The Betz Brownies! From the kitchen of Terri Betz!
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1/4t baking powder
1/4t salt
Melt the butter, sometimes I use margarine
Stir everything together in a bowl, let the butter cool, so you don't cook the eggs with the hot melted butter!
Stir until mixed up, but don't stir a lot!
Pour the batter into a square pan. Mine is an 8x8, old metal pan, that we call the brownie pan! :)
Oven turned on to 350°, let it warm up before you put them in.
Bake for 20 minutes. Better time it, you'll forget.
Put ice cream over them while they are warm! :)
Never buy brownie mix again!
Easy, peasy!
